Aldridge Counsel was founded in 2008 to offer mid-market clients an alternative to big-law. We handle the same complexity, with the same depth, at a scale that allows partners to remain directly involved in every engagement.
Our practice spans M&A, private equity, employment, and trusts and estates. Our attorneys trained at major firms (WilmerHale, Goodwin, Ropes and Gray) before joining the firm. We are licensed in Massachusetts and New York.
